The Science and Technology Department of Ningxia Hui autonomous region invited 24 foreign experts who are working in the region for its 2022 "Sharing Springtime in Joyful Ningxia" celebration event on Monday.
The foreign experts, who come from 13 countries, talked about their work and life in Ningxia at the event, as well as local economic and social development and changes over the years, offering suggestions for high-quality development of Ningxia.
The foreign experts also experienced traditional Chinese cultural activities such as Chinese paper cutting, ink painting, writing Chinese character Fu (Fortune) and Spring Festival couplets to taste Chinese New Year as the festival draws near.
