On August 19, on the occasion of the 5th China-Arab States Expo, the Digital Economy Development Forum of the Online Silk Road Conference and the 2021 Yinchuan International Smart City Summit were held in Yinchuan, Ningxia.
Shi Yong, counselor of the State Council, director of the CAS Research Center on Fictitious Economy and Data Science, and an academician of the World Academy of Sciences, was invited to attend the 5th China-Arab States Expo.
At the forum, Shi gave a keynote speech entitled "Science and Technology Innovation - Big Data and Digital Economy", which attracted many guests.
