Nahed Abdulla, head of the Chinese Language Department of Ain Shams University, has had a friendship with China and Chinese people for more than 20 years.
She said that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, she couldn't go to China in the past two years and missed her Chinese friends very much.
During the fight against the pandemic, China has made great efforts and contributions to the whole world, Abdulla said. In this world crisis, many countries have collapsed in their social economy, but China has vigorously maintained its social and economic stability.
She added that the China-Arab States Expo has been and will always be a symbol of close cooperation between China and Arab countries.
