On May 11th, Ningxia Party Secretary Chen Run'er gave a party lecture report for party members and cadres in the district. He cited rich historical materials, detailed data, and vivid examples to describe the profound change in the ten areas of transportation, water conservancy, electricity, education, medical care, culture, social security, poverty alleviation, agriculture, and industry in Ningxia. He reviewed the care and concern of the Party Central Committee for ethnic areas, and the whole country's support for Ningxia people. He also said that Ningxia will work hard to write a new chapter in building a beautiful new Ningxia and realizing the Chinese dream.
