Ningbo NPC deputies outline views on Government Work Report
China's Government Work Report was delivered by Premier Li Keqiang on the first session of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) which commenced on March 5.
The report sparked heated discussion among deputies to the National People's Congress from Ningbo, East China's Zhejiang province.
Zhang Shifang, director of the city's transportation administration hailed the Work Report people-centered and heartwarming. He said the annual report is based on data which is quite pragmatic and convincing.
Zhang also pledged that the department will further consolidate and improve the advantages Ningbo enjoys in the transportation construction and strive to play a leading role nationwide.
The chairman of Aux Group Zheng Jianjiang was impressed by the inclusion of Zhejiang's "At Most One Visit" reform in the report. He felt very proud and shared the benefits Aux has acquired from the streamlined administrative services.
Recently, the group invested 2.39 billion yuan ($377.84 million) to build an intelligent factory. It took only 15 months to get a series of approvals from the government bodies, which use to generally take at least three years in the past.
"The Ningbo government is very efficient in conducting the reform," said Zheng. It will greatly motivate companies to innovate and expand businesses, he added.
