NETDA improves services for locals

The Nantong Economic & Technological Development Area or NETDA, which is located in Nantong city in East China's Jiangsu province, is applying a grid-type service and information system related to safety control, standardized management pandemic control and mass vaccinations, according to local media reports on Dec 10.

The local authorities in the development zone provide residents with standardized and sophisticated services so that their issues, big or small, can be resolved.

At the same time, activities aiming to improve public awareness of laws, environmental protection, transportation and many other elements to enhance the quality of the service for the local residents will be implemented.
