A young student from the Nantong Economic & Technological Development Area, or NETDA – located in the city of Nantong, in East China's Jiangsu province – recently won science and technology innovation awards.
The 2nd Session of the Nantong Youth Science and Technology Innovation Mayor's Award concluded and Shao Enze, a student from Zhuhang Primary School in the NETDA, was one of the students that took home honors, according to local media reports in early September.
The reports said Shao was one of the winners of the Nantong Youth Science and Technology Innovation Mayor's Nomination Award.
The event was officially launched in June 2021. Ten winners of the Mayor's Award, 10 winners of Mayor's Nomination Award and 10 winners of Cultivation Award were selected and nine schools won what was called the Cradle Award.
