CCEDZ makes efforts to attract more projects
The Chongchuan Economic Development Zone in Nantong, Jiangsu province has been actively courting significant projects to boost its high-quality development.
This year, the zone has attracted projects from global giants like L'Oreal and TE Connectivity. In addition, the information valley of Zhongguancun and the Jingyuan Ruigu park started started operating, and high-value projects like Longyuan's offshore construction platform completed construction.
To attract more projects, the zone has been refining its business environment and elevating its service standards. For instance, a dedicated project advancement team was established to expedite approval processes.
The zone has also introduced a comprehensive service system for project settlement and assigned specialized personnel to administrative approval departments. This move ensures swift review of materials, end-to-end assistance, and proxy services, which help accelerate project establishment.
For example, the advanced manufacturing base funded by TE Connectivity's automotive division took just 86 days from initial information acquisition to the signing of a formal agreement and completed land registration approvals within just five days.
Furthermore, the zone has instituted a routine corporate visitation mechanism, actively addressing challenges faced by enterprises. Their interventions have resolved over 10 issues for companies like Wolfking Tech and Tongfu Microelectronics, significantly boosting their growth potential.
