A chrysanthemum fair opened in the Beishi area of Tangzha ancient town on Nov 2, creating a romantic autumn experience for residents and visitors.
The fair creatively organized the event into three distinct zones. Visitors can view a diverse selection of potted flowers and fresh-cut blooms, and try plant pressing by creating bookmarks or picture frames with fresh petals. While taking in the scenery, they can also taste floral and fruit-themed drinks, desserts, and other seasonal autumn treats.

The market drew more than 22,000 visitors on its opening day. "I never thought a flower market could be so inventive!" said Ms. Zhang, a local resident, after creating pressed flower lamps with her child.
In recent years, Tangzha ancient town has focused on restoration, preservation, and industrial transformation. Attractions such as Tangjia Lane and the 1895 Cultural and Creative Park have been revitalized, demonstrating the town's diverse vitality. The flower fair, which runs until November, is another successful example of the town's integrated development of culture, ecology, and tourism.
