Rudong leverages CIIE for economic growth, global cooperation

During the seventh China International Import Expo, held from Nov 5 to 10 in Shanghai, over 300 participants from nearly 120 companies in Rudong county actively participated in procurement discussions and the establishment of new business connections.
The event served as a key platform for the county to promote industrial transformation, boost consumption upgrades, attract foreign investment, and enhance its international image.
In recent years, Rudong has focused on developing its real economy, with new energy, materials, and equipment industries rising rapidly. Emerging sectors such as electronics, life sciences, and semiconductor-related industries are also thriving, further strengthening the county's economic landscape.
