Since 2023, Hai'an has been implementing a three-year action plan to establish "At-Your-Doorstep" employment service stations. To date, the city has built 19 stations, helping 2,640 struggling individuals find jobs through public welfare positions and other local opportunities.

This year, Hai'an has further expanded its employment services by incorporating "Odd-Job Stations" into its community projects. These stations, located in high-traffic areas like Wanda Plaza and local neighborhoods, offer both online and onsite services, providing job recommendations, skill training, and policy consultations to over 3,000 flexible workers.

Hai'an's public labor market plays a key role in these efforts by offering recruitment events and job information online. Since the beginning of the year, it has hosted 167 job fairs, attracting over 65 companies per event and providing more than 22,400 job opportunities. Additionally, the city has enhanced employment training, offering 50 skill training courses that have benefited 2,111 unemployed residents.

Through these efforts, Hai'an continues to support local employment and skill development, fostering a thriving job market and creating new opportunities for its residents.
