Chongchuan district in Nantong, Jiangsu province, plans to construct a minimum of 4,800 apartments specially designed for talented individuals between 2023 and 2025. By the end of 2025, the district is expected to have more than 8,500 talent apartments.

As of now, Chongchuan has already completed 3,664 talent apartments, featuring a variety of styles and amenities.
