Haoxiyuan pocket park in Chongchuan district, Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province, was recently listed among the second group of high-quality green space practice projects.

The provincial recognition was the result of the park's effort in promoting the integration of ecological space and urban public life. 

Haoxiyuan pocket park's design was based on the original green space. The park has undergone pavement renovations, improving people's walking experience. The vacant square on the west side has been transformed into a patterned rubber playground, providing space for various activities.

In addition, seats have been added along the park road to provide a place for parents to supervise their children.
