Sendi Snow Park becoming popular in summer
Sendi Snow Park, which is part of Sendi tourism resort in Chongchuan district, Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province, has recently become a popular destination for those looking to escape the summer heat.
Spanning over 50,000 square meters, the park is the largest ice-and-snow-themed park in eastern China.
It is divided into two sections, the ice and snow entertainment zone and the recreation and leisure zone.
The ice and snow entertainment zone maintains a temperature between minus 8 to minus 12 degrees Celsius throughout the year and offers lifelike ice sculptures as well as ice skating and skiing.
Since it opened on June 21, the park has been attracting more than 2,000 visitors daily, with an inflow of over 6,000 visitors on July 9.
