Hai'an Secondary Vocational School of Jiangsu Province and Jiangsu Tiemao Glass Co Ltd signed a cooperation agreement on directed training of professional talent on June 13.

Located in the county-level city of Hai'an in Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province, Jiangsu Tiemao Glass is an enterprise which was founded in 2001 and specializes in the production and deep processing of automotive glasses, as well as other specialized forms of glass.

The two sides have been cooperating for over a decade, and cultivated more than 270 professional students.

After the signing of the agreement, a special class to recruit 42 students this year is to be established, to further deepen the cooperation between the two sides.

Hai'an Secondary Vocational School and Jiangsu Tiemao Glass will jointly invest in the venues, facilities and management staff, and work together to actively explore a "three-in-one" talent training model that turns students into trainees, and eventually, employees.
