Nantong Maternity and Childcare Hospital (Nantong Children's Hospital) is a 3A-grade hospital specializing in maternity and childcare, which integrates medical treatment, health care, scientific research and teaching.

The hospital was first built in the early 1980s and officially opened on April 1, 1983. It was relocated to the new urban area of Nantong in 2013, next to the administration center.

Located in the Chongchuan district of Nantong city in East China's Jiangsu province, the hospital covers an area of 59,000 square meters. It has 27 first-class clinical healthcare departments and 16 inpatient wards.

The hospital currently has three provincial key maternity and childcare disciplines including obstetrics, neonatal medicine and childcare, two municipal key disciplines – a reproductive medicine center and neonatology department. It also has 12 municipal clinical key disciplines – including an obstetrics department, obstetric complications department, a minimally invasive gynecology department, neonatology department, reproductive health and infertility department, galactophore department, a medical genetics laboratory, a children rehabilitation department and a department of children mental hygiene, obstetrical nursing and neonatology nursing.

The hospital also has four municipal medical innovative teams, which are for pediatric rehabilitation, breast disease treated by Chinese and western medicine, pediatric surgery, as well as for obstetrics and gynecological nursing.
