Hai'an, Nantong is home to 20 hectares of camphor trees and more than 100,000 birds, some of which are under national protection.

Countless birds flock to the county-level city every spring due to its healthy natural environment, comprehensive river networks and rich food resources. The birds flying freely in the sky and the flowers swaying in the warm spring breeze make for some spectacular views.

According to local animal protection experts, the harmony between humans and nature has been restored in the city, thanks to the government's improved animal protection measures.
