A health and disease management center of the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University opened in Gangzha district, Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province on Jan 12.

The Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University is a national third-grade class-A level comprehensive hospital and a leading hospital in the city, integrating medical treatment, education and research.

The center, covering over 2,200 square meters, integrates physical examinations, health management and health consultation.

It aims to provide people with overall physical examinations and customized personal plans for health management. People's health conditions will be assessed with the help of expert groups and advanced medical equipment.

Cao Jinhai, the mayor of Gangzha district, expressed the hope that the district can promote deeper cooperation with the hospital in more fields and ensure high-quality medical services for local people.

In recent years, Gangzha district has attached great importance to medical and health services, and made great efforts in the health sector. The district has developed a three-level comprehensive medical service system, which has improved residents' sense of well-being.
