A free yoga session is being offered at the Haohe River scenic area in Nantong, East China’s Jiangsu province, from 5:30 to 6:30 am every Saturday.

The activity was launched in 2009 by Yang Zhuangli, a young but experienced yoga professional.

The Saturday session used to be held at the China Abacus Museum, but was moved to the Haohe River scenic area this year.

Another free session is offered at the People’s Park from 6 to 7 am every Sunday.

The specific time and location are subject to change based on weather and other factors.

Born in 1988, Yang graduated from Parmarth Niketan and has been a yoga teacher and organizer of free outdoor yoga activities in Nantong for ten years.
