Nantong’s business delegation made deals with 70 globally prominent suppliers on November 7 during the China International Import Expo, according to statistics from the Nantong bureau of commerce.

The people’s government of Gangzha district signed a long-term cooperation agreement with Singapore’s YCH Group with a trading volume of 30 million yuan ($ 4.33 million).

YCH Group is Singapore’s largest TPL (Third-Part Logistics) and supply chain solutions company. It has joint logistics ventures in Shanghai, Tianjin, Suzhou and Xiamen.

In recent years, Gangzha district’s logistics industry has developed rapidly, and its integrated logistics park has won many national and provincial titles.

The cooperation with YCH Group aims to promote the park’s key project construction, attract leading companies, increasing platform services, and striving to become a national logistics demonstration park.

The Haimen bureau of agriculture reached a purchase intention of about 400,000 yuan for food and agricultural products with Namibia, Chile and Taiwan.

Members of the Nantong business delegation attending the China International Import Expo will gradually increase over the next days, and the procurement will be more diversified. It is predicted that the business volume will undergo a new breakthrough.
