Jianghuai Cultural Park Scenic Area is located in Nantong’s Hai'an, Jiangsu province, covering an area of 260 acres. As a Chinese classical garden landscape, surrounded by 30,000 square meters of lake, it shows a human environment based on the background of the history and culture of the Yangtze-Huaihe regions. The park consists of four major scenic areas, namely the white dragon hometown scenic spot, the past scholar scenic spot, Fengshan academy and the Chinese celebrity art gallery scenic spot.

The white dragon hometown scenic area includes tens of thousands of square meters of the white dragon lake, dozens of pavilions, and hundreds of exotic plants, ancient trees, and stones.

The past scholar scenic spot, built to commemorate three ancient sages, Wen Tianxiang, Fan Zhongyan and Hu Yuan (Anding), inspires people and carries forward traditional Chinese culture.

Fengshan Academy scenic spot is also a restoration of a Hai'an ancient landscape, and commemorates an important place for scholars to advocate civilization in ancient times.

The base for a well-known artist at home and abroad to do training, engage in creation and hold exhibitions, the Chinese celebrity art gallery scenic spot consists of several ancient buildings and 11 European-style buildings.

Thousands of artists and experts have exhibited in the Jianghuai Cultural Park area. There are now six galleries, including Houkangyi Stone Art Gallery, Liu Wannian Art Museum, Wu Xiangming National Ceremony Art Museum, Hu Jianxiong Calligraphy Art Museum, Wang Jianzi Art Museum and Luo Yang Calligraphy Art Museum.
