The Decision on repealing the Approval Methods for Applications to Establish Travel Agencies in Guangdong Province by Hong Kong and Macao Service Providers was reviewed and approved by the 21st Chairman Office Meeting of the China National Tourism Administration on December 15, 2017. It is hereby promulgated and is in force as of this date.

Decision on repealing Approval Methods for Applications to Establish Travel Agencies in Guangdong Province by Hong Kong and Macao Service Providers 

To further promote the decentralization of government administration and optimization of service reform, and ensure the effective implementation of various reform measures, the Decision is hereby approved in accordance with the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Further Implementing the Cleanup of the Regulations and Normative Documents Relevant to Service Reform (General Office of the State Council [2017] No.40) and the Letter of the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council of the People's Republic of China on Cleanup of the Regulations (Letter of the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council [2017] No. 84). 

This decision shall come into force from the date of promulgation.
