Festival focuses on authentic Tianjin cuisine

The first Tianjin Cuisine Culture Festival kicked off Oct 29. More than 30 catering enterprises, food research institutes and vocational schools participated in this event.

The festival centers on the Tianjin Eight Great Bowls, the most prominent local menu. Consisting of mainly non-vegetarian dishes, the Eight Great Bowls demonstrate Tianjiners' love for meat and seafood delicacies.
