Vice Minister of Justice

Xiong Xuanguo

Born in December 1964, he is an ethnic Han from Changde, Hunan province. He entered the workforce in July 1991 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in June 1986. He received postgraduate education in Criminal Law at the Law Department of Wuhan University in China. He holds a doctoral degree in law. Xiong is currently vice minister of the Ministry of Justice and a member of Leading Party Members' Group.
