Lin-gang Special Area Administrative Service Center – located in East China's Shanghai – is currently open seven days a week to cope with the surge in business.

The increase in business is mainly in the commercial and construction sectors. In June alone, more than 6,000 business licenses and documents were issued for new businesses and information changes.

For epidemic prevention and control, the administrative service center has also offered remote services via the internet.

After users click the "remote help" button on the "Lin-gang tong" WeChat mini program, there is no need to queue up in the same interface because the program will automatically add users to the queue sequence and call them when it is his or her turn to speak with a representative.
