The Lin-gang Special Area Administration and the Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank (SRCB) signed a strategic agreement on Feb 22 to deepen their mutual dealings in inclusive finance, technological finance, smart cities and rural revitalization.

This will be carried out by focusing on the Lin-gang Special Area's key industry developments, major project construction and the development of the Nanhui New Town.

At the signing ceremony, a service scheme – called the SRCB Lin-gang new international trade guide – was launched.

The scheme, relying on the support of Lin-gang's new offshore international trade policy, will help with the development of new international trade enterprises in Lin-gang. It will provide a full range of financial services, to meet the various financial needs of new international trade enterprises in Lin-gang.
