The Chinese Lunar New Year, also known as the Spring Festival, falls on Feb 1 this year, which is just around the corner.

The Lin-gang Special Area in East China's Shanghai city has risen to the occasion, bringing in heaps of rich red decorations and arranging a host of celebratory events to be held.
