Phase II of Cube Innovation Towers, also known as Zhiying Sci-tech Center, located in Shanghai's Lin-gang Special Area, obtained its completion acceptance certificate on Nov 30.

The center is located in the core area of the International Collaborative Innovation Zone – an important zone in Lin-gang which focuses on developing cutting-edge technology industries such as integrated circuits, life sciences, AI, and the digital economy.

The second phase of the Cube Innovation Towers, which cover a total building area of 104,000 square meters, has six office building.

The first phase of the project, namely Zhijing Sci-tech Center, is home to a number of innovation platforms, such as the intelligent manufacturing technology and industrialization innovation platform for Fudan University.

In the future, the towers will provide a home for top research institutions, innovation platforms and public service platforms around the world, as well as introduce and cultivate all kinds of high-quality science and technology SMEs.
