Two products in the fields of artificial intelligence and integrated circuits were recently selected by the Lin-gang Special Area Administration to be exhibited at the ongoing China International Import Expo or CIIE, which kicked off on Nov 5 and runs through to Nov 10.

One is an environmental air detector made by Shanghai Lanzhichuang Intelligent Technology Co Ltd, which is based in the Lin-gang Special Area.

The detector was independently developed in the area by the company over the course of two years, mainly using wireless monitoring technology. It can achieve all-weather monitoring of air pollution and  comprehensive coverage of air pollution monitoring factors in the region.

Previously, air detectors in the domestic market were imported, at a high cost and involving a large footprint, while the product developed by Lanzhichuang is dime-size and much more convenient to use.

The self-developed software system also provides rich data statistics and analysis functions.

The other product is the JMS MOSFET device developed by Jiejie Microelectronic (Shanghai) Co Ltd.

The product being displayed at the 4th CIIE shows a better heat dissipation effect compared with the conventional TO-263-3L package, with 20 percent less area and a 45 percent lower height.

The latest device can not only match the reliability of power devices in different markets, but also meet the requirements for environmental protection and carbon emission reductions.
