Industrial park the Land of Wonder (Lanwan) in the Lin-gang Special Area has a demonstration park for the coordinated development of "industry, city, people and culture".

Since the establishment of the Lin-gang Special Area, the Land of Wonder – which integrates companies and businesses, factories, schools and residential communities – has reportedly entered the fast lane in terms of its development.

Three main carriers have emerged there. They are the Lingang Life Science & Tech Park, the international standard plant in the Lingang Intelligent Manufacturing Park and the Lingang Land of Wonder international community – for industry, property and commerce, respectively.
