Lin-gang packed with tourists during National Day holiday
With its rapid development of tourism and its improvement of urban services, the Lin-gang Special Area – located on the coast of the East China Sea – has become a popular travel destination in the city of Shanghai.
No surprise, then, that the main urban area in Lin-gang proved to be a magnet for tourists during the recent seven-day National Day holiday, receiving more than 916,600 visits from Oct 1-7. That marked a year-on-year increase of 11.48 percent, according to statistics.
