Envision (Shanghai) Commercial Factoring Co Ltd – a unit of the Shanghai-based Envision Group – is to locate operations in the Yangshan Special Comprehensive Bonded Zone in the Lin-gang Special Area in East China's Shanghai city, according to local media reports on Sept 27.

The Envision Group is a smart energy management and wind turbine technology company. Envision's Energy OS platform is used to manage renewable energy assets, including charging stations and energy consumption devices worldwide.

When the new unit is up and running and its output is fully ramped up, it's estimated that production will be worth more than 100 million yuan ($15.48 million) a year.
