The new Dishui Lake Public Cultural Space officially opened its doors on March 20 in the Lin-gang Special Area – located in East China's Shanghai city – a facility that is widely expected to become a new popular cultural tourism landmark for the arts, tourism and fashion.

Its opening will reportedly further enhance international exchanges and artistic experiences on the Dishui Lake waterfront, creating an exciting waterfront space which integrates the local environment, the arts, sports and an intelligent urban lifestyle.

The newly opened cultural space is located at the intersection of Huanhu West First Road and the Haigang Expressway.

The facility is enclosed by glass and is composed of three main functional zones: an arts exhibition zone, public reading zone and a media broadcasting zone.

These are designed to provide visitors with a soothing and inspiring place to relax, experience art and make friends.
