The Lin-gang Special Area – located in the economic powerhouse of East China's Shanghai – successfully completed an annual examination of human resources service agencies in the area in March, 20 days ahead of the schedule.

It was the first annual examination of them since Lin-gang took over the administrative responsibility.

Officials from the Lin-gang Special Area contacted the human resources and social security departments of Shanghai's Pudong New Area and Fengxian districts at the beginning of the inspection process, to complete the data migration of HR service agencies. The staff took three days to establish work exchange groups for more than 130 recruitment agencies in the area and they informed and urged the companies to complete the annual examination on time through multiple media channels.

During the inspection, staff members of the Lin-gang Special Area actively helped them solve any problem in responding to the process. The staff also provided special handling for special problems, an initiative that won praise from the companies.

The Lin-gang Special Area adopted an examination and approval method which simultaneously carried out procedures for applications as well as examinations and approvals. An area member of staff was required to complete the examination and approval procedure before the following day.
