Lin-gang to become new consumer culture landmark
The Shanghai Harbour City Group on Feb 26 teamed up with 26 companies to upgrade the layout of business, culture, sports and tourism in the Lin-gang Special Area – located in East China's Shanghai – and create a new one-stop landmark for consumer culture.

Among the companies were CITS Scenery, CITS Investment and SMGLive.
The agreements involve development and construction projects of important commercial tourism landmarks in the Lin-gang Special Area. These include the North Island of Dishui Lake, the 80-meter-long Dishui Lake Rim Landscape Zone, Lin-gang's second ring urban park, the Star Mirror Park, the Gangcheng Square Complex and Gangcheng Xintiandi Commercial Street.
Shanghai Harbour City Group will focus on the central recreation core area of the Lin-gang Special Area and draft the layout of its business, culture, sports and tourism functions.
Giving full play to the geographical and natural advantages of rivers, lakes and green parks in the area, the group will invest in the Nanhui new town to add a new one-stop consumer culture landmark which integrates business, culture, sports and tourism functions.
