People who meet the following conditions should have nucleic acid tests at the fever clinic.

a. People who have had a fever, coughs or diarrhea in the last 14 days

b. People who have travelled, lived in or gone to medium and high-risk areas

c. People engaged in cold chain logistics and in the Pudong airport logistics

Patients should wait for their nucleic acid report before leaving the fever clinic.

• Nucleic acid tests at infection department

People who do not meet the conditions for taking nucleic acid tests in the fever clinic above, but still need nucleic acid results, should go to the infection department for their tests.

Procedure for taking nucleic acid tests:

1. Fill in the epidemic survey and show your Shanghai health code

2. Hospital registration

3. Doctors prescribe nucleic acid test

4. Payment

5. Go to the infection department entrance and get the bar code

6. Take samples at the outpatient and emergency sampling sites as directed

*Attention

Patients do not need to wait for their nucleic acid report and can leave the infection department after testing.

• Check nucleic acid results

1. Follow "上海市第六人民医院东院电子就诊卡 (Electronic medical card of Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital East)" with WeChat or Alipay.

2. Click "添加就诊人 (Add patients)" and enter correct ID card information.

3. Select "自费卡 (self-paying card)" or "医保卡/社保卡 (health insurance card)" according to the card used at the time of taking the test.

4. Click "报告查询 (Report Inquiry)" to view the report details.
