A cultural industry incubator was unveiled in Lin-gang Special Area on Nov 25 to promote the development of the cultural industry.

The incubator is an expansion of the original tourism industry incubator and further expands its benefits.

It will provide shared office space for new cultural enterprises, help start-ups solve office-related problems, and work to collect cultural resources.

Shanghai Jianyue Culture Communication Co Ltd and four other cultural companies have already begun operating inside the incubator.

Lin-gang Special Area has consistently developed its cultural and tourism industries since its establishment on Aug 20, 2019. It has worked out its 14th five-year development plan for the cultural and tourism industry and announced several measures to boost its cultural, tourism, and sports industries. Lin-gang has also built many cultural landmarks, including the Dishui Lake urban living room and sculpture park, and has introduced tourism routes focusing on China's pillar industries.

Representatives of cultural and tourism agencies, art colleges, and cultural and tourism-related enterprises involved in film and television, performing arts, and fine arts, attended the opening ceremony and discussed how to promote the development of the cultural and tourism industries in Lin-gang and how to cultivate a tourism brand in the area.
