Zhu Zhisong, executive deputy director of the Lin-gang Special Area Administration – which is a newly included part of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone -- on Nov 6 led his team on a visit to the special area's companies exhibiting at the ongoing China International Import Expo in the city of Shanghai in East China.

Zhu said the Lin-gang Special Area is a large market with major potential. He invited new projects to come and set up shop in Lin-gang and added that its government would continue to support enterprises with favorable industry and recruitment and human resources policies.

Enterprises in the Lin-gang Special Area that are exhibiting at China International Import Expo (CIIE) – which runs to Nov 10 -- cover artificial intelligence, integrated circuits, biomedicines and other fields. They include Nexperia, Tesla and TuSimple.

Officials said the current CIIE is an ideal platform for enterprises to network in China and seize new opportunities.
