Shanghai Industrial Area Development Co Ltd signed an agreement with Beijing Enxiang Group to build the East China Normal University Enxiang Basic Education Center in the Lin-gang Special Area on April 27.

The two sides will carry out commercial and cultural cooperation in downtown Lin-gang Special Area and build two schools - a public school and a private school.

Enxiang Group will provide high-quality resources such as SKP Beijing (a famous emporium) as well as influential resources in the art auction industry. It will build a high-quality regional business center and an international cultural and art exchange center offering art exhibitions, exchange activities, auctions, and duty-free storage.

Beijing Enxiang Group is a capital driven investment company with rich domestic and international high-quality education industry resources. It has been committed to the development of private education for many years.

Both sides also discussed the next phase of the Enxiang - East China Normal University cooperation education project during the conference.
