Lin-gang Special Area held an online promotional event for residential and commercial lands in the area on April 8.

A group of 38 companies such as Sunac China Holdings Limited, China Resources (Holdings) Co Ltd and Shimao Group attended the online event.

Lin-gang Special Area planned to transfer 152 plots of land, including 43 residential plots with a land area of 196 hectares and 58 commercial plots with a land area of 117 hectares.

The plots are located in 103 international innovation coordination community, Luchao Port community and Fengxian Park community.

Commercial plots A10-02, C06-01 and C02-02 located in Sci-tech City are designated for science and technology; plot C0203 in Luchao Port community, is designated for leisure and headquarters offices; and plots B1301 and B1504 in Lin-gang Fengxian Park are designated for intelligent manufacturing and scientific innovation.

There were eight residential plots recommended, with a total construction area of 420,000 square meters.
