An online search system for a multi-language guide to the prevention and control of COVID-19 was recently launched. It includes a browser version and a smartphone version.

The guide includes protection measures, diagnosis, and entry tips for international students and expats in China.

It has been translated into 12 languages -- English, Korean, Japanese, Persian, Italian, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Malay, French, Turkish, and Thai.

The system supports the searching of keywords, and search results can be displayed in both Chinese and another language of your choice, and audio in the language of your choice is included as well.

The guide was developed by the Advanced Innovation Center for Language Resources of Beijing Language and Culture University, a member of a language service group for epidemic prevention and control efforts.
