Article 1

In accordance with Notice of the State Council on Printing and Distributing the Overall Plan for Lin-gang Special Area of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone (GUO FA [2019] No 15, Opinions on the Implementation of Preferential Policies to Boost High-quality Development of Lin-gang Special Area of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone (No 20 [2019] of the CPC Shanghai municipal committee) and related provisions of national professional and technical vocational qualification examinations, as well as the actual situation of Shanghai, these trial measures are hereby formulated.

Article 2

Except those involved national sovereignty and security, foreigners working legally in Lin-gang Special Area of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone (hereinafter referred to as Lin-gang Special Area) are allowed to apply for the national professional and technical vocational qualification examinations in Lin-gang Special Area according to regulations.

Article 3

Shanghai will regularly publish lists of the professional and technical vocational qualification examinations in Lin-gang Special Area that are open to foreigners. Examinations for which the country issues relevant regulations henceforth, will be executed according to national regulations.

Article 4

Candidates should have the qualifications to apply for the corresponding vocational qualification examinations, including professional responsibility, academic degree, professional working years and other qualifications.

Article 5

Candidates should take the examinations according to the work schedules and procedures published by Shanghai competent authorities of industry and examining bodies, and accept registration information verification.
