Trial administrative measures for practice records of overseas professionals in Lin-gang Special Area of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone
To reduce job restrictions in the modern service industry, in accordance with the Notice of the State Council on Printing and Distributing the Overall Plan for Lin-gang Special Area of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone (GUO FA [2019] No 15, and the Opinions on the Implementation of Preferential Policies to Boost High-quality Development of Lin-gang Special Area of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone (No 20 [2019] of the CPC Shanghai municipal committee), these trial measures are hereby formulated.
1. Scope of application
The measures are applied to overseas professionals engaged in finance, architecture, planning, design and other fields, working legally in units registered in Lin-gang Special Area of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone.
2. Record qualifications
Professionals should have work qualifications in relevant fields, including:
(1) Abiding by the Constitution of the People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations, with excellent professional ethics and without illegal and criminal records;
(2) Working legally in Shanghai;
(3) Obtaining foreign professional qualifications in relevant fields;
(4) Obtaining academic degrees or diplomas in relevant majors;
(5) Meeting the requirements of professional working years, and their work experience abroad may be regarded as domestic work experience;
(6) Other qualifications raised by competent industry authorities, such as legal and regulation training and professional examinations.
