ChunHuaQiuSe Park is a part of the Second Ring City Park. With an area of 113.5 hectares, it covers the area surrounded by Haigang Avenue, Huanhu West II Road, N19 Road and Huanhua West III Road.

The park will be built in six phases.

The first phase is the waterfront activity area, which has opened. This part is an excellent place for an outing, as it integrates wetland experiences with camping, children's activities, barbeques and outreach activities.

The second phase is an ecological restoration area, the third is a flower slope, the fourth is a natural recreation area, the fifth is a residential area and the last is a cultural experience area.
