Chapter XI Supplementary provisions

Article 48 (Application of policies)

All the opening-up and innovation measures of Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone are applicable to Lin-gang Special Area, and the matters specified in the Administrative Measures shall be implemented according to the Administrative Measures.

After the implementation of the Administrative Measures, the relevant policies and measures introduced by Shanghai to promote the development of Lin-gang Special Area can be directly applied to Lin-gang Special Area.

Article 49 (Date of Implementation)

The Administrative Measures shall be implemented from Aug 20, 2019.
