To facilitate the industrial development of Lin-gang Special Area of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone (hereinafter referred to as Lin-gang Special Area) and the concentrated development of its key industries, i.e. integrated circuits, artificial intelligence (AI), biomedicine, aviation and aerospace, building world-class cutting-edge industrial clusters, enhancing the capacity of scientific and technological and industrial integration, accelerating the transformation and upgrading of existing enterprises, improving the overall level of regional industry and building an open industrial system with competitiveness in the international market, in accordance with the spirit of relevant documents issued by the State, the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, such as the Overall Plan for Lin-gang Special Area of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, the Administrative Measures for Lin-gang Special Area of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone and the Opinions on the Implementation of Preferential Policies to Boost High-quality Development of Lin-gang Special Area of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, the Lin-gang Special Area Administration has formulated Several Policies for Promoting Industrial Development, Several Measures for the Concentrated Development of the Integrated Circuit Industry, Several Measures for the Concentrated Development of the Artificial Intelligence Industry, Several Measures for the Concentrated Development of the Biomedicine Industry, Several Measures for the Concentrated Development of the Aviation and Aerospace Industry.
