For foreign talents such as legal persons and small investors who invest in, make innovation or start businesses in Lin-gang Special Area, as long as the enterprise is established in accordance with the law, restrictions on age, education and work experience can be relaxed for first-time applicants for a foreigners' work permit. The operation, tax payment and social security payment may be taken into consideration in the extension of the work permits.
