8. Providing foreign talents introduction platform for employers

Lin-gang Special Area will focus on the needs of talents, support employers in the area to introduce foreign talents, and make full use of the resources of overseas offices of Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission (Shanghai Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs) to provide a platform to attract talents from overseas, broaden the channels of attracting talents overseas, and build bridges between employers and foreign talents.

9. Facilitating high-level foreign talents in Lin-gang Special Area

To meet the needs of foreign talents for using credit cards, foreign talents hired by employers in Lin-gang Special Area are allowed to apply for credit cards at the Bank of China Shanghai Branch. They can receive preferential measures such as simplified procedures and financial services.

10. Supporting Lin-gang Special Area to explore the establishment of service harbor for foreign talents.

Lin-gang Special Area will be supported to explore services that help foreign talents in the area to adapt to the local environment, carry out pre-job training, legal consultations, cultural exchanges and other activities, and actively promote the establishment of a service harbor for foreign talents in Lin-gang Special Area.

Please attach great importance to, organize personnel to implement, and ensure the best effect of the policy to maximize the benefits for enterprises and the people, and better serve employers and foreign talents in the region.
