The Overseas Returnees Startup Alliance of the China Association for Science and Technology hosted an overseas high-end talent entrepreneurship summit in Lin-gang Special Area on Dec 12.

Lin-gang Special Area Administration and Overseas Returnees Startup Alliance of CAST signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement during the event.

Chen Jie, deputy director of Lin-gang Special Area of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, Ma Qiyuan, council president of Overseas Returnees Startup Alliance of CAST, and other guests attended the opening ceremony.

Chen pointed out that Lin-gang Special Area, as part of China's new strategy for opening up to the world, welcomes global entrepreneurial elites to join the army of pioneers growing together with Lin-gang. He said he hoped that the Overseas Returnees Startup Alliance could play its role as a bridge and bond to create new industries and embrace new opportunities in Lin-gang.
