The administration of Lin-gang Special Area of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone held a launch and signing ceremony for the International Data Harbor project on Nov 20.

To accelerate the construction of the International Collaborative Innovation Zone, Lin-gang Sci-Tech City, with industrial internet data as the core, has attracted domestic and foreign industrial internet enterprises to settle in the zone and integrate into its system. The International Data Harbor project was planned at the International Collaborative Innovation Zone.

According to its overall plan, Lin-gang Special Area will implement safe and orderly cross-border internet data flow and take part in leading global exchanges and cooperation in the digital economy. At present, the area's administration is working with other departments to explore and establish a cross-border data monitoring platform and relevant measures.
